Small Group Leaders and Coaches,I trust that you are all surviving the brutal temps we've been experiencing the past week. Winter has definitely arrived! While the weather outside is cold and frigid, we want to do all we can within the church to be warm, inviting, and helpful to those attending our services. Happy and the SLT (Strategic Leadership Team) have requested that all leaders wear their name badges when attending church services to more easily identify our leaders within the church. With so many people attending, it will provide newcomers that may have questions a place to turn for help. Also, when we are striking up conversations with people that may be interested in small groups, it would be awesome to see many of you walking around that we could pull aside and introduce to potential new members! If you do not have a name badge, please let us know ASAP so that we can get one to you! Thank you so much for helping us out in this area!
